Introducing the Southern Cross Series

The 80th running of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race will be part of an exciting new race Series. The Southern Cross Series is a new offshore racing series. Comprised of 3 dynamic offshore ocean races, the series kicks off with the 172 nautical mile Cabbage Island Race on December 5, followed by the 628 nautical mile Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race on 26 December. The final race is the inaugural 1270 nautical mile Trans-Tasman Yacht Race (Sydney to Auckland) on 27 February 2026. Enter the race now
